With the Medicall Network Health App, you can:

Note: GPs and nurses are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00.

Getting started is simple

To begin, download the Medicall Network Health App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or access it via the Medicall virtual GP Platform. Once installed, create your account by following a few easy steps, verifying your email, and logging in securely.

After logging in, complete your scheme details to activate your profile. From there, you will have full access to the platform’s features including consultations, messaging, documents and medication tracking.

Booking and using the service

Booking an appointment is straightforward. Once pre-authorised via the call centre, you can schedule a consultation, select your preferred healthcare professional, choose a time, and decide on audio or video consultation. Nurse consultations also include free chat support for added convenience. Please note that all pre-authorisations must be obtained at least 15 minutes before the consultation.

You can also connect with admin support via the Messages section, view consultation history, and link to a pharmacy for prescription assistance.
