What is the Client Zone?
The Client Zone is your personal member dashboard on the GetSavvi Health website. It’s where you can quickly and easily manage your healthcare journey – any time, anywhere!
What Can You Do in the Client Zone?
Once logged in, you’ll have access to several handy features such as:
- Viewing policy details: See your membership number and plan at a glance.
- Managing your details: Update personal and policy info, like adding or removing family members.
- Accessing important documents: Find your policy document, digital membership card and Member Certificate.
- Submitting and tracking claims: Follow a step-by-step process to submit, track and manage your claims with ease.
- Downloading and uploading forms: No more scanning and emailing – simply upload your forms directly.
- Using Digi Assist and Health Coach: Get extra support for your health and well-being.
How to Access Your Client Zone
Logging in is simple. (Please note that your login details had been emailed to you in your Membership Pack upon sign-up.)
- Visit www.getsavvi.co.za and click the ‘SIGN IN’ icon at the top right.
- Enter your details and click ‘LOGIN’.
- Forgot your password? Click ‘Forgot Password?’, and a reset link will be sent to you.
