Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 and a relevant IT diploma/degree in software development (Microsoft .Net C#)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of in-house experience in software development with a focus on C# .Net, including team leadership and CRM optimization.
Your Daily Activities Will Include:
Performance Areas (KPAs):
1. Build / Develop Web and CRM Solutions
• Understand requirements from specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
• Set up project environments in Visual Studio and configure relevant databases (MS SQL Server).
• Develop custom requests, including reports, services, and APIs.
• Follow best coding practices and ensure solutions are backed up and stored securely in Git or TFS.
• Test solutions on UAT environments before release and ensure rollback procedures are in place.
2. Maintain and Support Web and CRM Solutions
• Handle maintenance, upgrades, and enhancement requests for existing solutions.
• Provide timely support and resolve issues within reasonable timeframes.
• Be available for emergency or after-hours support when required.
• Ensure all changes are tested on UAT before deployment and rollback procedures are confirmed.
3. Team Leadership and Management
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to allocate tasks and manage workloads effectively.
4. CRM Growth and Optimization
• Analyze and optimize CRM systems to improve functionality, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Implement new features and enhancements to support business growth and client needs.
• Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure CRM solutions align with Getsavvi Health’s strategic objectives.
5. Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and systems.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
6. Create and Update Relevant Specification Documentation
• Create detailed specification documents based on user requirements.
• Update existing documentation to reflect changes in solutions.
• Ensure all documentation is signed off and stored securely.
7. Setup and Configure Server Environments
• Install and configure SSL certificates and server environments for live and UAT deployments.
• Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows 10/11) and IIS
• Implement server rollback and backup procedures.
8. General
• Provide technical support for various campaigns and projects.
• Attend technical and briefing meetings as required.
• Offer technical advice and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
