Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator

GetSavvi Health is a dynamic and growing medical insurance company, proudly owned by Workforce Holdings. We are seeking an individual with experience in recruitment and or HR to join our team. This role requires someone who can work in a fast paced environment, has excellent communication skills and professional etiquette.

Qualifications and Experience:
• HR or Business Administration qualification (Or Similar)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
• A logical, astute, and motivated approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Your Daily Activities Will Include:
Performance Areas (KPAs):

1. Recruitment
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling
• Draft all recruitment documentation
• Ensuring that vetting is done
• Creating and maintaining a talent pool

2. Administration
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality
• Support HR Policies and procedures by providing guidance to employees.
• Leave updates
• Leave capturing
• Coordinate new employee on boarding and induction program
• Disciplinary management
• Prepare HR documentation as needed
• Diary management
• Time and attendance
• Parking and tag management
