What we are looking for:
• Minimum Grade 12
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy (basic)
• Presentable individual that poses good work ethic
• Work under pressure
• Persuasive telephone manner
• Team Player
• Attention to detail
• Target driven
What will be to your advantage?
• 1 year call centre experience (retentions experience advantageous)
• Bilingual
What we expect from you:
• Negotiate payment arrangements with members
• Retention of new and existing member base
• Salvage cancellations
• Liaise with members via email
