Quality Assessor

What we are looking for:

  • Grade 12
  • Experience in Healthcare or the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills(verbal and written)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Attention to detail
What will be to your advantage: 

  • 2 year call centre experience, with at least 1 year in the QA environment
  • Ability to speak vernacular languages
What we expect from you:
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Call Evaluations per Call Centre Consultant
  • Listen to specific calls received by Call Centre Consultants and Team Leader.
  • Record findings on call centre agent QA Form
  • Supply feedback on bi weekly basis to call centre consultants on areas of development and strengths
  • Communicate all training required based on call findings
  • Observe telephone behaviour whilst receiving calls.
  • Give input into training programs for Call Centre
  • Attend all systems, product and soft skills training
  • Ensure compliance to company policies
